Maureen began her real estate career in Rhode Island in 1982. Her hard work and determination have brought Maureen to the top of her profession, consistently remaining in the top 1% of all agents nationwide. Maureen focuses on representing sellers with the sale of their home as well as relocation.
Maureen is considered an expert in the areas of Warwick, East Greenwich and North Kingstown as well as other areas of Rhode Island. She also holds the designations of Certified Residential Specialist, Seniors Real Estate Specialist, Historical Homes Specialist, and her love of the water gives her expert knowledge on waterfront property.
Lauren Ridgely Swanson joined Maureen at RE/MAX in 2001 after graduating from the University of Rhode Island where she majored in business and excelled on the URI Sailing Team. Lauren began her career helping buyers as an Accredited Buyer Representative.
As many of her original clients are ready to sell, Lauren has translated her expertise as a Buyer Agent to a Listing Agent. Most of her business comes from repeat clients and referrals, proving that she works hard for her clients!

Jennifer Murphy joined Maureen and Lauren in June of 2007. She is a native Rhode Islander who lives in Warwick with her husband and four children. A graduate of the University of Rhode Island, Jennifer has a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems & has worked in the Information Technology field for over 17 years.
With a detail oriented background and desire to succeed, Jennifer obtained her RI Real Estate License in 2007. As part of the Ridgely Team, she is working with buyers and sellers alike helping them to achieve their real estate goals. In addition, Jennifer is further educating herself in the Real Estate field by taking the GRI Designation class series.
