    Maureen Ridgely began her real estate career in Rhode Island in 1982. Her hard work and determination have brought Maureen to the top of her profession, consistently remaining in the top 1% of all agents nationwide. She focuses on representing sellers, buyers, and relocation.

Maureen is considered an expert in the areas of Warwick, East Greenwich and North Kingstown as well as other areas of Rhode Island. Her love of the water gives her expert knowledge on waterfront properties. 

Maureen was honored with the RE/MAX Hall of Fame Award and the RE/MAX Lifetime Acheivement Award.  She also holds the designations of Certified Residential Specialist, Seniors Real Estate Specialist, & Historical Homes Specialist. 

    Lauren Ridgely Swanson joined Maureen at RE/MAX in 2001 after graduating from the University of Rhode Island where she majored in business and excelled on the URI Sailing Team.  Lauren began her career helping buyers as an Accredited Buyer Representative. 

As many of her original clients are ready to sell, Lauren has translated her expertise as a Buyer Agent to a Listing Agent.  Most of her business comes from repeat clients and referrals, proving that she works hard for her clients!
